Printer Training & Operator Support
Operating a large format printer effectively requires more than following a manual. CMYK Digital Solutions provides hands-on training programmes for all equipment we supply — helping your operators get the most from their machine from day one and reducing costly errors, ink waste, and print failures.
Training Programmes Available
- Basic Operator Training — machine start-up, daily maintenance, media loading, and job submission. Typically half a day at your site or our showroom.
- Advanced Colour Management — ICC profiling, linearisation, RIP software configuration, and colour matching workflows.
- Preventive Maintenance Training — correct cleaning procedures, printhead care, and recognising early warning signs of mechanical issues.
- Software & Workflow Training — job preparation in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, nesting, step-and-repeat, and cut contour setup for RIP software.
On-Site or at Our Showroom
Training sessions are available at our Sharjah office and showroom or on-site at your production facility. Sessions can be scheduled individually for new printer deliveries or as group sessions for expanding teams. New-machine deliveries include a complimentary basic operator training session as standard.
Who Can Attend
All training programmes are open to CMYK customers. AMC holders receive priority scheduling and discounted rates on advanced training modules. Use the training request form below to discuss timing and format for your team.
