• Bulk 1.5-litre ink pouches — High-capacity ink pouches reduce the frequency of ink changes and the risk of running dry mid-job. Simple, quick reloading keeps production moving and reduces interruptions.
• Auto platen gap adjustment — Built-in sensors automatically detect the surface height of each garment and adjust accordingly, reducing operator error and wasted garments. Supports thicknesses of up to 29.5 mm for hoodies, zip-ups, and other thick fabrics.
• Nozzle Verification Technology (NVT) — Continuously checks that nozzles are firing correctly. If a blockage is detected, Epson’s Micro Piezo technology compensates automatically to maintain print quality without stopping the run.
• Advanced dot placement technology — Precise ink droplet placement at 12.1 pl minimum droplet size ensures accurate alignment even at high speeds, producing sharp edges and vibrant gradients on both light and dark garments.
• Garment Creator software — Bundled software with built-in settings for light and dark garments, making it easy to manage colour profiles, white ink layers, and print queues from a single interface.
• Production Monitor software — Monitor printer status, ink levels, and job progress remotely on smart devices and PCs, improving workflow visibility across the print floor.
